His leadership helped establish the Group’s presence in the import, export, promotion and manufacture of incense sticks, alongside its interests in financial services, education, cold storage and leasing.
Over four and a half decades, his entrepreneurial vision guided the Group towards an international presence. His commitment to progress was accompanied by a strong sense of social responsibility, creating a legacy that continues to inspire the Group’s institutions.

Mr. Bharat Kanti Doshi

Mr. K. Bharat Doshi heads the Real Estate and Education divisions of GT Group. An Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate of Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, he brings a strong interest in technology and a commitment to making quality education accessible to young learners.
His engagement with educational practices extends beyond the classroom. Participation in educational technology conferences and international school visits has informed his interest in innovative teaching, meaningful technology integration and learning environments that respond to children’s needs.
His exploration of Finland’s education system reinforced the principle of “Less is More”—an approach that encourages thoughtful, purposeful learning. Through his leadership, GT Group of Institutions continues to explore practices that strengthen teaching and support students’ academic and personal development.

Mr. Pasala Vamsikrishna, the General Manager of schools provides visionary leadership in shaping GTGI’s commitment to building future-ready schools for the next generation. With over 15 years of experience in educational leadership as a Principal, AGM, and General Manager, this role brings deep insight into how children learn, grow, and succeed in a rapidly changing world. Guiding the evolution of academic frameworks and curriculum design, Mr. P. Vamsikrishna Champions innovative learning practices that nurture critical thinking, creativity, character, and adaptability. The focus remains on creating enriching learning environments where student well-being, teacher excellence, and educational relevance come together seamlessly. By fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and purpose-driven education, Mr. P. Padmini Vetrivel is an accomplished educator with a strong academic foundation and over 25 years of experience in the field of education. Having completed her schooling under the CBSE curriculum, she pursued higher education with distinction, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Lucknow University and completed double Master’s degrees from the University of Madras. Her commitment to excellence in education is further reflected in her achievement of a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers, equipping her with global teaching perspectives and advanced pedagogical skills. Throughout her career, she has served as an Academician, contributing significantly to institutions following CBSE and IGCSE curricula. She also had the opportunity to work in the United States for a few years. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping academic frameworks, enhancing teaching standards, and ensuring student success across diverse educational systems. In addition to her academic leadership, she has over eight years of experience as a Quality Auditor, specializing in ISO certification processes. Her expertise in quality assurance has helped institutions maintain high standards of compliance and continuous improvement.

Dr. Usha Jaiganesh, who has been striving in the educational field for more than 15 years in the same institution, exemplifies dedication, professionalism and academic excellence. She holds distinguished qualifications including M.Sc., M.Phil, and B.Ed., and has completed her Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from Periyar University. Reflecting her strong academic foundation and subject expertise. Her scholarly contributions include the publication of four research papers in reputed international journals. She has actively participated in and presented papers at national, state and international conferences, demonstrating her commitment to research and continuous learning. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the academic framework of the institution by fostering a disciplined and progressive learning environment.
